In a joint effort to preserve natural beauty and socio-environmental sustainability, the NGO Somos Natureza embraces Regular Beach Cleanups.

The motto "Keeping the House Clean" encapsulates the philosophy behind this campaign, establishing the beaches as a shared home for everyone and the responsibility to keep them clean as a collective commitment.

We acknowledge that beach cleaning is a shared responsibility between local residents and visitors. This approach promotes ecological awareness, encouraging a culture of respect for the environment among all who frequent these surroundings.

MORE THAN A BEACH FREE OF WASTE

The project goes beyond the superficial collection of waste; it encompasses a complete cycle of sustainable solid waste management.

In partnership with the local community, dedicated volunteers, and the essential support of organizations such as Paraíso Azul Retiro, OPAOMA, Marulho Eco, and Eco Angra, the NGO Somos Natureza implements comprehensive strategies for WASTE COLLECTION, RECYCLING AND PROPER DISPOSAL.

UNITY MAKES STRENGTH

Waste collection is carried out systematically, involving not only NGO volunteers but also active members of the local community. This collaboration creates a robust network of participants committed to preserving the beaches. Furthermore, the emphasis on recycling highlights the importance of reducing environmental impact by transforming waste into valuable resources.
